Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise systems
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Lead disaster recovery planning and system uptime initiatives
- Automate workflows using Ansible/Terraform and PowerShell
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration

Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows/Linux expertise
- Advanced certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent)
