Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise systems
- Automate deployment and management using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell
- Monitor system performance using ELK Stack and Grafana dashboards
- Lead disaster recovery planning and security compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document infrastructure architecture and create runbooks for critical systems
- Provide tier-3 support for complex technical escalations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certifications
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record in infrastructure automation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
