Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and systems
- Automate deployment and configuration using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system outages and performance optimization
- Design and execute disaster recovery plans with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integrations
- Document system architectures and create operational runbooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert proficiency in Active Directory, VMware, and AWS/Azure environments
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex network issues
- Ability to work flexible hours during system maintenance windows
