Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server/Linux environments including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Implement and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with emphasis on security best practices
- Oversee backup/DR solutions ensuring 99.9% uptime SLA compliance
- Lead virtualization projects using VMware vSphere and Hyper-V technologies
- Document system configurations and create automation scripts using PowerShell/Python
- Provide Tier-3 support resolution for complex system outages
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows/Linux expertise
- AWS/Azure certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Deep knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
