Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and incident response
- Automate system deployment using Ansible/Terraform
- Document infrastructure and create operational runbooks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proven troubleshooting for complex network issues
