Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across on-premise and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Proactively monitor and optimize network performance using tools like Nagios and Zabbix
- Lead system security hardening, vulnerability assessments, and compliance initiatives
- Develop automation solutions using Ansible/Terraform for infrastructure-as-code deployment
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and incident response procedures
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues and user escalations
- Document system configurations and create operational playbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise system administration in hybrid environments
- Expert proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration
- Strong AWS/Azure certification (e.g., AWS SysOps Admin or Azure Administrator)
- Proven experience with scripting languages (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Deep understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- ITIL certification or equivalent process management experience
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
