Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Implement and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and virtualization platforms
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for routine tasks
- Perform security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance reporting
- Lead disaster recovery planning and system backup procedures
- Collaborate with network team on firewall and security configurations
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior administrators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- AWS/Azure certification (AWS SysOps/Azure Administrator preferred)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficient in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with SIEM tools (Splunk/SolarWinds)
