Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and patch management.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and Identity Management solutions.
- Monitor system performance, health, and security alerts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions to end-users.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement and manage cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and disaster recovery procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Server+, or MCSA are highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Bash scripting, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
