- Design, implement, and maintain secure Windows/Linux server environments across on-premises and AWS/Azure
- Proactively monitor network performance using tools like Nagios and Splunk
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN infrastructure
- Execute disaster recovery drills and backup verification protocols
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Windows Server 2019+ and RHEL/CentOS
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proven incident management and troubleshooting expertise
