Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level Windows/Linux server infrastructure
- Manage AWS/Azure environments including virtualization, networking, and security protocols
- Oversee backup/recovery systems and ensure 99.9% uptime SLA compliance
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD tools
- Monitor system performance using Nagios/Zabbix and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Document infrastructure architecture and maintain compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years administering enterprise Windows Server and Linux environments
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and IaaS/PaaS services
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or Azure Admin) preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools and infrastructure automation
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network fundamentals knowledge
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
