Responsibilities
- Own and drive the 2026 Product Roadmap, aligning long-term business objectives with technical feasibility.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, translating high-level goals into actionable OKRs.
- Lead cross-functional agile squads to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics to make informed product decisions and measure success metrics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex products or major features.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and user behavior.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting to executive leadership.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment.
