Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization on AWS infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Own system architecture decisions and performance optimization
- Implement security best practices across the development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise with distributed systems and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Proficient in Go or Python with modern frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience leading technical projects from conception to deployment
