Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high code quality standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability for all services.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from backlog grooming to post-launch monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and API design (REST, GraphQL).
