Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications and APIs using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architectural planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and influence architectural decisions for future product iterations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
