Responsibilities
- Design scalable microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead development of real-time transaction processing systems
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Terraform
- Optimize database performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements
- Contribute to open-source projects used by 10k+ developers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Rust)
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of shipping scalable SaaS products
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
