Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Python
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and Redis clusters
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Conduct code reviews ensuring security best practices
- Drive A/B testing for new features

Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
