Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using AWS/GCP and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design workshops
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab CI and infrastructure-as-code
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and MongoDB clusters
- Lead cross-functional Agile sprints with 2-week delivery cycles
- Conduct code reviews ensuring security best practices and scalability
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and product owners
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and serverless architectures
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven patterns
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience with Terraform/Ansible
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent practical experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
