Responsibilities

- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with Python and cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
- Proven track record of building production-ready applications using microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with weekend shift work or flexible scheduling arrangements
