Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software code for our core products and client applications.
- Manage system deployments and maintenance activities during the Weekend Shift to ensure zero downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Optimize application performance and scalability for high-traffic environments.
- Document technical specifications, code logic, and operational procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide critical support during peak maintenance windows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# with strong knowledge of backend development.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to work independently and effectively during weekend shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
