Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and APIs for our core platforms.
- Participate in on-call rotations and critical incident response during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system scalability.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Must be available and willing to work rotating weekend shifts and be on-call for support.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
