Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and APIs.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability of services during critical maintenance windows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Debug complex issues and provide timely technical support for internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical documentation and architecture of the platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development using languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Proven ability to work independently in a weekend shift environment with high accountability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
