Responsibilities
- Design, code, and maintain high-quality software applications for our core platforms.
- Execute critical maintenance tasks and system updates during designated weekend windows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Write clear, concise documentation for all code and technical processes.
- Participate in architectural planning to ensure scalability and security.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime and data integrity for all customer-facing services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively during shift-based schedules and weekend maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
