Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications for our global clientele.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to industry coding standards.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance during weekend maintenance windows.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure software reliability.
- Document technical architecture and API endpoints for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# with strong knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) as part of the rotation schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
