Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on performance and security.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug software defects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Availability to work rotational weekend shifts as required by business operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
