Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions for our core platform products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and refactor legacy codebases to improve performance, security, and maintainability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure system reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong preference for full-stack experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java and modern frameworks.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously during weekend shifts.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, RESTful APIs, and version control (Git).
