Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for our enterprise clients during designated weekend shifts.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and QA teams to ensure feature delivery aligns with business goals.
- Debug complex issues and resolve performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions for long-term scalability.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward technical challenges.
