Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our enterprise clients.
- Manage weekend production deployments and system maintenance without downtime.
- Debug and resolve critical issues that arise during off-business hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, QA) to define feature requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and optimize application performance for scalability.
- Maintain and secure our cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Go.
- Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Experience working in a Weekend Shift environment is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
