Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions during the weekend maintenance window.
- Perform rigorous code reviews and architecture planning for ongoing projects.
- Debug and resolve critical production issues with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the product team to prioritize features for the upcoming sprint.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure strict code quality standards (CI/CD).
- Conduct security audits and performance optimization on the weekend infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and distributed systems.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday evening to Sunday evening) as part of the core support team.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
