Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on fintech API integrations
- Mentor junior engineers through weekend pair programming sessions
- Implement security best practices for PCI-compliant systems
- Drive cloud infrastructure improvements on AWS
- Participate in agile ceremonies during core business hours
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and microservices architecture
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud deployment experience
- Familiarity with fintech compliance standards (PCI DSS, SOX)
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready code
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
