Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance software solutions tailored for our weekend operational requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve complex system anomalies and performance bottlenecks.
- Deploy critical updates and patches to ensure 99.99% system uptime.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Houston and Illinois to define feature roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (Python, Java, or C# preferred).
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Availability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
