Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability cloud services using AWS/GCP
- Lead weekend sprint ceremonies and code reviews
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Mentor junior engineers through technical workshops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product roadmaps
- Document technical specifications and API designs
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems design
- Proven weekend shift availability (required)
- Professional experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab)
- AWS/GCP certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
