Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go/Python on AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for weekend deployments
- Mentor junior engineers during weekend rotations
- Resolve production incidents with SLA-focused triage
- Contribute to open-source projects during core hours
- Architect solutions for 10M+ user scale
- Conduct weekend code reviews and pair programming
Qualifications
- 5+ years backend development experience
- Expertise in distributed systems (Kubernetes, gRPC)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices
- Proven weekend shift adaptability
- Experience with remote-first team workflows
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio showcasing production-grade projects
