Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Lead migration of legacy systems to modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct security audits and implement DevSecOps best practices
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful API development and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Active security clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
