Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define technical requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols and data privacy standards.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and modern front-end frameworks.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
