Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure system stability.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing database queries and application performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to drive project momentum.
- Testing & QA: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java, with a strong understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Vue).
- Database: Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Cloud: Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
