Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews and debugging complex issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and deliver features on time.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring the application runs smoothly under high load.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and establish best practices for the engineering team.
- Cloud Integration: Manage deployments to cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and ensure high availability and security standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two modern languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C#).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend API development.
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
