What You'll Do:
Architect robust, maintainable code and drive technical excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software applications using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or C#).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Perform thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Write clear, concise, and well-documented technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with database technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
