Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, conduct technical analysis, and troubleshoot complex system issues to ensure high availability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to testing and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
