Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance software applications using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or Go).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in an agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward project success.
