Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable software solutions for our equity options trading platform.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and agile methodologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and data scientists.
- Debugging & Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in real-time financial data processing systems.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system stability and security.
- Innovation: Propose technical improvements and innovations to enhance the user experience for our clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Language: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++ is required.
- Frameworks: Experience with Spring Boot, React, or Node.js is a strong plus.
- Fintech Knowledge: Understanding of financial markets, equity options, or trading systems is highly desirable.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
