Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of excellence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure application security best practices are followed at all stages of development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
