Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS and Jenkins
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement robust testing strategies including unit, integration, and performance testing
- Drive innovation in cloud-native application development
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Proven experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills through complex system design challenges
