Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of microservices using Go and Python
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and ArgoCD
- Conduct security audits and implement zero-trust architecture
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Proven track record with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience mentoring technical teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP) preferred
