Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews and debugging complex issues.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering department.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Java, Python, C++, or Go.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (React, Node.js, or Angular).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean architecture.
