Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead code reviews, architecture design sessions, and technical strategy discussions to ensure best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and cloud infrastructure for maximum efficiency.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project stability.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and state management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
