Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality and standardization.
- Optimize existing applications to improve performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve production bugs with a focus on reliability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend software development.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C#).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a passion for clean code.
