Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-availability, distributed software systems using modern programming languages.
- Lead architecture reviews and code quality assurance processes to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of growth.
- Optimize application performance and scalability to handle massive traffic loads.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
