Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, high-performance software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and operations) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and ensure code quality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance, latency, and throughput.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of our technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with deep understanding of their standard libraries.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Fundamental knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
