Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Architect robust cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define and implement feature roadmaps.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers to foster team growth.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in at least two major languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
