Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go and AWS Lambda
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Terraform and Jenkins
- Mentor 3-4 junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Design RESTful APIs with OpenAPI specifications and GraphQL endpoints
- Implement robust security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC)
- Conduct A/B testing and performance monitoring with Datadog
- Drive cloud cost optimization using FinOps practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of production software development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, SQS)
- Experience leading technical projects with cross-functional teams
- Portfolio demonstrating open-source contributions or complex projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
